アパレル業界が抱える大量消費・大量廃棄の課題解決を目指している三和沙友里さん。「服を売らずに循環をつくる」をコンセプトに“着なくなった服3着”を持ち込むと、店内に並ぶ古着の中から“着たい服3着”を持ち帰ることができる、事前予約チケット制のポップアップショップを立ち上げました。服を手放すことを単なる処分ではなく、次の誰かへバトンを渡す行為として受け止められる文化を広げたいと語る三和さんの思い描く未来とは？

Ms. Sayuri Miwa is working to address the apparel industry’s issues of mass consumption and waste. Guided by the concept of ‘creating a cycle rather than just selling clothes,’ she launched a pop-up shop operating on a reservation-only ticket system, where customers bring in three garments they no longer wear and take home three others from the store’s selection of pre-owned clothing. Ms. Miwa seeks to foster a culture where parting with clothes is viewed not merely as disposal, but as an act of passing them on to someone else. What kind of future does she envision?
